Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable items such as food products, herbs, and other grocery items cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Non-returnable items include:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Some personal care or health items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
In certain cases, partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items with obvious signs of use
- Opened packages (where applicable)
- Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange for the same item, email us at 3mrukshan@gmail.com.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will go to the gift giver.
Shipping
To initiate a return, please email 3mrukshan@gmail.com with your order number.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you're returning an item over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
